Worth its 3 stars. It was tidy, and the people were good. Hotel's clerk is one of the top employees! For shots visit Havana Club, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the venue.

In a hotel like this - stain is unacceptable.

The best place to stay when in Kigali. Hotel was very clean and budget! Liked the buffet breakfast there. Our budget single room had a balcony.
